OUR VISION

We believe that fashion should support equality, empowerment, and self-expression.

At KM By Lange, our vision of modern raw elegance transcends the boundaries of fashion. It embodies a profound commitment to sustainability, innovation and support of local communities. We envision a future where every thread tells a story of empowerment, and every garment made to be a long-lasting timeless staple that serves as a testament to our collective journey towards a more sustainable world.

We acknowledge that behind every product and every stitch lies the dedication and effort of talented individuals. From the farmers cultivating our raw materials to the skilled artisans crafting our products, and the conscious consumers supporting our vision, every person in our supply chain is vital. Our aim is to support supply chains that not only provide meaningful employment but also empower women, strengthen communities, and advocate for the rights of vulnerable groups. We believe everybody in our supply chain should be treated with respect and dignity, and that each person should earn a fair wage and be recognised and valued equally. We aim to build open and collaborative relationships with our suppliers and take the time to understand the complexities and contexts of our sourcing regions.

At KM By Lange, our vision is not just a destination; it's a journey of continuous evolution and unwavering commitment. We invite you to join us as we strive towards a future where fashion is not only a reflection of style but also a catalyst for positive change. Together, we can shape a world where fashion is synonymous with sustainability, empowerment, and timeless beauty.

OUR STANDARDS

We are one big Ukranian family so we strive to help our workers on both a professional and personal level.

Fair compensation, working hours, and transparent record keeping are all essential functions of our business model. We work diligently to ensure that all members of our supply chain receive the proper benefits and are not required to work excessive hours such as overtime. Our trusted and transparent relationships with our suppliers allow us to make payments to our workers on a scheduled basis or sometimes even beforehand.

Discrimination has no place in any point of our supply chain or brand. Our suppliers may not discriminate against its employees during any stage of the employment relationship on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, color, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, political opinion, union affiliation, social group, marital status, pregnancy or any other classification protected by local, national and international law. All employment relationships should include effective mechanisms to protect migrant, temporary or seasonal workers from any form of discrimination.

Our employees are provided a safe and healthy work environment and are not subject to unsanitary or hazardous conditions. Our facilities adhere to all rigorous health and safety standards, and we continuously invest in measures to mitigate risks and promote employee wellness.

OUR RESPONSIBLE SUPPLY CHAIN

Each of our suppliers is unique. We always aim to build a personal relationship with them and work together to understand their practices and systems. Transparency is key to us in our relationship with external partners. We source our materials, fabrics and trimming through a carefully selected network of global suppliers. 90% are from the EU and 10% are from Vietnam Textile seekers, their fabrics are completely handmade and naturally dyed by the indigenous group Mau Chau from the northeast western part of Vietnam. Our supply chain is predominantly composed of small Ukrainian workshops each of them is specialized in specific techniques and processes.

OUR COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

We believe in the power of collaboration and learning from others. That is why when we find endemic and complex issues in our supply chain, we partner with local experts, civil society organizations, like-minded brands and suppliers to find and implement solutions. We do this because we recognise that we cannot solve these systemic problems on our own.
