You can purchase K M by L A N G E products with the shopping bag feature online. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking number once your order has been sent. K M by L A N G E does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.
If you are unsure whether your transaction has been successful or you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us via email.
By placing an order on www.kmbylange.com you certify that the purchase is for your personal use only. K M by L A N G E reserves the right to cancel any order or limit the sales of our products if K M by L A N G E in its sole discretion suspects that these Terms and Conditions are not obeyed.
We recommend to always purchase products from our website, retail stores or through one of our retail partners, which are listed on our stockists page.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Paypal. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Is it secure?
At K M by L A N G E, we take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. Our payment provider Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification available. Furthermore, any other sensitive customer information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored on dedicated, secured servers. You will see a small padlock sign in the address bar across the site - so we’ve secured the entire site not just the payment page. How long does shipping take?
K M by L A N G E will dispatch your order within two working days and you will receive an email when it has been dispatched with tracking details. The delivery time for EU shipping is approximately 5-7 business days. The delivery to the rest of the world is 10 -14 business days. Please note that during sale season the delivery time guidelines might not apply.

REturns policy
What is the return and refund policy at K M by L A N G E?
If you receive your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt (this excludes customised and made-to-order pieces). We do not offer free returns. To return your item, please email us at info@kmbylange.com with your order number and we’ll provide you with the return address.
Once your order has been returned to K M by L A N G E warehouse and K M by L A N G E confirms it is in good condition and with all original tags attached, we’ll issue the refund to your account. We may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirming the refund being processed. For anything beyond 14 days of receipt, K M by L A N G E does not accept a return, exchange and/or refund. LOAN and RENT SERVICES
Our customers or production companies can loan or rent our cloth based on specific conditions. Please read our rules here .
Free repair and adjustment services
We offer free adjustment and repair services in our showroom and also online. For online inquiries please e-mail us to info@kmbylange.com specifyng what kind of adjustments or repair that you need.
Note that we can´t drastically modify the design, but we can adjust the length of the sleeve, trousers and make the item more fit to your figure.
To apply for free repair service you have a 2 month guarantee (online orders: the start date will be the order of delivery; in-store orders: the start day will be the date of purchase). In your email, please incorporate the details of the damage that should be repaired. It is required to attach pictures to the email, as well. Our expertise team will review your case and will get back to you in 5 business days.
Note that we always offer free complimentary buttons and trimming of our items. If you need an additional button, please contact us via email.
We do not cover shipment cost, throughout our free repair and adjustment service. Alternatively, we can reimburse you for adjustments for items that are in the United States if the shipping costs are too high. This is a case-by-case offering that will be reviewed by our team. Feel free to visit the store to drop-off items that need to be repaired, as well.
MADe to ORDER ITEMS and FAIR PRICING
If you don´t find your size on our website or the item you are looking for is out of stock, we offer you “make to order” service based on your individual measurements. We don´t charge any additional cost for “make to order” pieces, even in the majority of cases the pattern should be modified and it supposes additional hours of work to create the item based on your unique requirements.
The payment for “ made to order” items should be done beforehand.
Note that we do not accept returns of “made to order” items.
